A cancellation fee applies if delivery is cancelled within 24 hours

  Our drivers are polite and careful, and will not tolerate any abuse
  We will not be held responsible for delays to deliveries beyond our control
  Full payment should be made to driver after delivery is completed (unless booking online by credit card)
  All our vans are insured fully comprehensive and we provide up to £20,000 goods in transit cover
  It is the customers responsibility to ensure that sufficient parking facilities are available
  We reserve the right to refuse carrying any load that we feel is unsuitable, i.e awkward, delicate, soiled and hazardous items
  Once the goods have been delivered and signed for we do not accept any further responsibility
  For Ebay deliveries, if the driver tries to pickup or deliver more
than once, than your item may need to booked onto another delivery slot
  All goods in transit claims are subject to a £250.00 excess payment
  All deliveries are only insured up to kerb side
  Any additional loading and unloading time on top of time booked will be charged at £10.00 per 15 minutes for 1 man, £15.00 per 15 minutes for 2 men and £20.00 per 15 minutes for 3 men
  We have a minimum charge of 120 minutes loading and unloading time for booking 2 men or 3 men
  Job arrival times are estimated. Although we do our best to be on time, circumstances out of our control may cause delays, we do not offer discounts for lateness.
  If customer requests vehicle to be parked illegally (i.e. double yellow line, resident permit holder bay, red route, bus lane, on top of kerb, loading/unloading restricted area, single yellow line for more than 20 minutes), £60.00 will be charged on the spot. If a parking ticket is not issued then money will be refunded
  It is the customers responsibility to take out extra insurance if required
  Once you have booked a job, you are accepting our terms and conditions
  Unless you are a registered business customer, we do not provide credit. All deliveries must be paid for by credit card in advance or in cash at the end of the job
  Any customer refusing to pay for a delivery will have their details passed onto the "P & J recovery agency" who will charge extra fees on top
